Good Samaritan Sewa Kendra, India
India is one of the most spiritually dark places on the earth. Thankfully, there are people like Kamlesh and Ranu who are bringing hope to the darkness through their ministry, Good Samartian Sewa Kendra. With a focus on education and evangelism, they are able to minister to a largely forgotten group of people in India.
Kamlesh and Ranu also spend time traveling to remote villages in their area on a routine basis to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Through these evangelistic efforts, churches have been planted and disciples have been made who are now sharing the gospel with others. Good Samaritan Sewa Kendra also has two pastors that teach in the villages at different locations each Sunday, bringing the gospel to both children and adults.
Kamlesh and Ranu minister to the lower caste in central India. The primary ministry is providing an education to children. There are currently two schools called Jagat-Jyoti and Jeevan-Jyoti meaning “Light of the world” and “Light of Life”. These schools provide a Christ centered education to more than 200 children, ages 5 – 18, that otherwise would not be able to attend school. Due to the growth of the school, there are plans for expansion in the future.
